usethings endeavors to meet orders promptly but as a maker we generally hold low stock levels or make-to-order. We keep materials and components at hand to make up items as they are ordered but sometimes suppliers or re-ordering lags, and there can be delays.
Please supply a street address for large items like our drying rack or coat racks, as these are delivered by courier so can’t be delivered to a post box.
We make-up orders after payment has cleared. Standard items like the drying rack often go out within three weeks. The usual dispatch time for the coat rack is up to 21 days from order / payment. Other items may take longer, we will contact you if this is the case.
For Direct Debit payments please ensure you use the order code as the reference so we can assign your payment to your order. Your order won’t be processed until payment received.
Please contact us if you experience any problems with payment gateways or deliveries and we will endeavor to resolve them.
We work to ensure we represent our products in images and text as best we can, please ask if anything is unclear. Should a standard item fail to meet your expectations return it to us in good order and we will exchange it or give a full refund. This does not apply to custom made items.
Should an item break or fail under normal operation we will replace parts or the whole of the item, at our discretion, upon return to usethings.
usethings takes no responsibility for installation of our products other than supplying installation guides and good fixtures and fittings.
Our aim is to supply you with durable products, so if you have any problems with our products please contact us to discuss repair or replacement.
